Tasks and Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update bi-weekly and monthly expense reports
- Create and update bi-weekly and monthly revenue reports
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Organize, document, and support annual audits
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Attended or is currently pursuing Post Secondary Education in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

Canada Summer Job Position: Settlement Worker-Community Services

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review client background information, interview clients to obtain case history and prepare intake reports
- Refer clients to other social services or assist clients in locating and utilizing community resources including legal, medical, and financial assistance, housing, employment, transportation, day care and other services
- Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Settlement, Community Connections/Youth, and support staff
- Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of programs delivered within area of responsibilities to meet the emerging needs of clients
- Develop and ensure the implementation of outcome measures for programs
- Develop and maintain service delivery partnerships with other community service providers in support of program activities and enhance capacities in meeting client needs
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate statistics to Program Manager or Director
- Ensure collection and entry of service data into an agency database and the reporting of all relevant data into data base Work closely with other Service Coordinators to ensure collaborative program deliver and enhance and service coordination
- Develop effective and creative promotion and outreach strategies to reach clients and promote programs and services
- Ensure in-person and online programs and services are culturally sensitive to service recipients, and support unit goals
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationship and communication with internal and external groups to provide service to special newcomer groups
- Ensure compliance of policies, standards, guidelines, and quality controls set by FCC
- Support and participate in all agency activities, including fundraising initiatives, which may require occasional irregular hours
- Support Senior Management in preparing funding application
- Prepare promotional material and publicize events; organize registration of clients
- Responsible for carrying out the above responsibilities and all other duties as required by FCC

- Load and unload trucks of materials and equipment

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of fence installation experience
- Own transportation with valid driver’s license with clean driver abstract.

Warehouse Associate – Installation Department
Roma Fence Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent warehouse associate to assist its Installation Department operations, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
The warehouse associate will be responsible for assisting the installation team with processing of incoming and outgoing fence materials accurately and seamlessly. The warehouse associate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials regularly.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- picking and packing customer material orders
- loading and unloading materials for installation department/crews
- bundling pipe from yard
- preparing fittings
- organize existing and incoming inventory
- maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- performing other general warehousing duties as assigned
- work in a safe manner and adhere to all Company policies and procedures as well as Health and Safety Regulations
Qualifications:
Working experience in warehouse/retail setting considered an asset
